What a workspace contains
A workspace brings together related products, items, users, and configuration settings. It defines how people collaborate, how access is managed, and how engineering data is organized. Products in the same workspace share a user base and governance model. Each product remains independently versioned and controlled.Creating and accessing workspaces
Only users with administrator privileges can create workspaces. This keeps ownership and access rules consistent across the organization. You can belong to multiple workspaces and have different roles in each, depending on your responsibilities. To switch workspaces, use the workspace selector in the top-left corner of the application.Data separation
Workspaces are strictly isolated:- Data, permissions, roles, and configuration settings do not cross workspace boundaries.
- Assets cannot be shared between workspaces.
